The Hoover Chronicles take place - during the First Great Lockdown - April, 2020. As such, it represents A unique snapshot of an already lost time - when The Mundane was elevated, and The Bigger Picture became smaller. Roads were empty, wildlife roamed neighborhoods. One man delivered everyone else’s toilet roll, whilst his 2 friends promised him a Dyson.
